Accessibility statement

Families and older adults use this site directly, so it has to work for everyone.

Updated October 2026

Our standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the site: keyboard navigation, screen reader labels, visible focus, sufficient contrast, resizable text, reduced-motion support, and layouts that work on phones and tablets.

Known gaps

Interactive maps depend on a third-party map provider; every community on a map is also listed in the page text. Some uploaded community photos may not yet carry descriptive text.

Tell us

If something is hard to use, write to hello@placewisely.com with the page and what happened. We fix accessibility reports ahead of other work.
