Big Traveler★★★★★8 years agoI’ve been coming here about a year now to visit. They don’t seem to have the same turnover that other places have which is great. The staff is nice, the residents seem to get their medication on time, food is edible too which is a huge plus!

Teri C★★★★★5 years agoMy family member moved in during the height of COVID19. The facility is clean, large & well furnished & decorated. The staff is attentive & operate with all pandemic protocols. Nurse Christine is a wonderful person & caregiver. The lead nurse, LILIBETH, has been great to communicate with & always provides any info I request in a decent time frame. I thank God my family member is being cared for in the Caissa House. Thank you all 💓
Jacki Chris★★★★★5 years agoWe live the in the neighborhood and have had three incidents where residents are wandering around, unattended, and have left the residence. We have also had a man trapped in our courtyard yelling late at night that he was scared and didn't want to go back, person get into our garage and I had to chase a scared lady down the street as she was falling down and hurting herself. I would not want this experience for any of my family and want perspective families to be aware of the lack of care.
