I truly value our partnership and appreciate the time you took to answer questions and help guide the family through their decision-making process. I can tell you have a great team in place. I loved that Kim stepped in and provided an excellent tour experience for the family. That level of teamwork and commitment speaks volumes about the culture of your community.

I am looking for an Assisted Living Home for my dad. The Enclave is a wonderful community. I spent some time visiting with a couple residents there and watching many others. There is a very inviting warmth there. I can see my dad thriving in this environment. They have independent and assisted living and also memory care. So there would be less “moving him from place to place” for my dad. Their services are amazing and the apartments are very nice. Great layouts and safe. Enclave is in the top 2 in my search. Have toured 6 communities so far. Not done looking.
Cogir Morrison Ranch is a beautiful senior living community in Gilbert, AZ. All of the residents are engaged and active. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a place to call home.
The accompanied tour was fabulous. I learned more than I expected. You have a wonderful community and I enjoyed the tour and all of the details. It will be months before I am ready to make a decision, but your senior home is something to be proud of!

Absolutely disgusting experience. This facility took advantage of our elderly mother and our family during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives. They gladly accepted a $5,000 deposit and an $8,000 first month payment before our mother even moved in, then refused to return the money when circumstances changed and she never occupied the unit for a single day.
Their staff showed zero compassion, zero integrity, and zero willingness to do the right thing. It became very clear that collecting money mattered far more to them than actually caring about seniors or families. Hiding behind contracts and policies to keep thousands of dollars for services never provided is greedy and unethical.
If you are considering this place for a loved one, be extremely careful. Ask every question possible and read every line of paperwork because once they have your money, don’t expect empathy, fairness, or honesty. We feel completely taken advantage of and would never recommend this facility to anyone.
