I am so pleased with the new memory care activities! I stop in and my mom is smiling and a busy bee. I want to thank Meg for the pictures she sends me of my mom in a variety of fun looking activities . It pretty amazing how she gets all of those people to join in all by herself. Keep up the good work!
UPDATE 8/7/26 - MORE RESIDENTS ARE HAVING VALUABLES STOLEN FROM THEIR ROOMS! this is not a one-off theft. numerous residents have had THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of heirlooms, gold, diamonds etc taken by someone that has KEYED ACCESS to their units.
this is unacceptable. please update with the actions being taken to stop this.
this is overall a lovely facility & we love how our mother is cared for: lots of engaging activities, music, games & genuine friendships to be had.
HOWEVER, residents are having valuables stolen from their locked rooms.
please take extra care if you choose this place, get a safe and/or a hidden camera, because it appears your belongings are not safe here.
I am so upset by how stinky and dirty the memory care was this weekend. My family member had the same clothes on as yesterday and stunk. We visited hAnd the poor caregiver told me she had no help and is her usually herself on the weekends. And how rude is the medtech. I am not the POA but my sister will hear about this.
We recently moved our father into Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living, and I want to share how incredibly gracious and accommodating the staff has been. They have supported us every step of the way. Even their vendors, like Ken, who doesn’t work directly for the property, have offered assistance.
A special thank you goes to Katey Scott, Family Advisor—don't hesitate to call her to learn more about the services they offer—and Stephanie Robinson, Resident Services Director. Since this was our first experience moving a loved one into a senior living facility, these extraordinary individuals made a challenging situation significantly more bearable.
We cannot thank Katey, Stephanie, and the entire staff at Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living enough for their help. We highly recommend Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living and encourage you to explore the many benefits of their facility!

I am recovering from heart valve replacement surgery, which is my problem. As a result of my new bovine valve, I often become very fatigued and l cannot keep up my apartmentemt: but I can do so if I'm smarter and more efficient.
To their great credit, Michael Brown, CEO, and Erica Crawford, resident coordinator, recently come into my apartment to help me clean and organize. They didn't issue scathing attacks or bark orders . Rather, they actually picked up brooms and other items and swept and lifted. And found me a new much need bed and chest of drawers.
Be patient and the help will come..
In effect, they are giving me a chance to be resurrected like Lazarus. I've never experienced such an immersion into the life of a struggling resident as these two have done for me: it's a wonderous act of faith and kindness.
Matthew, the lead in transportation, has also been extremely accommodating and personable.
