I was so grateful to find Avista White Cliffs. I came in from out of town to find care for my Aunt. Nik really went above and beyond to help my Aunt and I to make her move effortlessly. Nik understood the emotional stress and was very calm and professional. The property is beautiful. Everyone is so kind and eager to help you. Was able to dine with my Aunt and the food was delicious and plenty of variety. Her apartment is lovely. It brings great comfort to know she is well cared for.
I came to Avista White Cliffs in hopes of finding the right place for my dad. Nik was amazing. He took us on a tour of the facility. The property is lovely! Very spacious and clean with many different floor plans available to suit my father’s needs. The staff we encountered were so kind and welcoming to us. They genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of residents and their families.
What stood out to us is the level of personalized attention. Nik had the answers to all my questions! He took the time to get to know us and my father’s preferences. Any worries I had disappeared. Everything was crystal clear from the get-go. We did not feel rushed to make a decision, which was very refreshing after touring a number of other facilities, where we felt pressured to commit prematurely. I want to know that my dad is going somewhere he will truly be cared for, no corners cut. And Avista White Cliffs is by FAR the best we’ve visited!
The inside and outside grounds are kept clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and friendly. They do quite a bit of different activities to choose from for the residents as well. There are games that residents can win prizes too!
