Kim McInturff★★★★★a month agoWe are so grateful for the wonderful care for our mom here at Inspira Gateway! She is well taken care of and enjoys being here. They take care of her physical needs well and she loves all of the activities they offer. (Chair yoga, History games, crafts, etc.). She is in memory care and it’s so nice that she’s able Be taken upstairs to have her hair cut and styled every Six weeks and also pedicure and manicure appointments in between. We get phone calls whenever she needs something so we can rest easy knowing that she’s doing well. We visit her often and are always happy to see her enjoy enjoying her environment.
Phillip Bowles★★★★★6 months agoFacility will not heat pool. They say they need parts, they get parts in now. They refuse to spend the money to heat the pool. That is the only reason they will not spend the money to turn heater on. They will lie to you and postpone you with nothing. But lies, but nobody in the facility can use the pool because It's so cold, feel free. To ask any resident in the facility about this as you walk through on your tour.

Cheryl Adams★★★★★10 months agoInspira Gateway facility took wonderful care of both my parents until the end of their lives, adjusting its care to match my parents changing needs. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of options that rotated regularly. The staff were always friendly and made a point to address my parents by name, which made them feel truly valued. The facility was spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming environment. They also host plenty of community activities and frequently invite residents and families to fun seasonal events like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween parties.
Brian Multari (Brian m.)★★★★★4 months agoEverything we saw as well as those we talked were very professional. The facility was clean with an atmosphere that was warm and inviting. I will have no problem placing mom there if that is what she wishes.
