cannot say enough positive things about Silverbirch Midtown and the care they provide. My mother, Elvia, resides in the memory care community, and we have been extremely pleased with her experience.
Her private room and bathroom are beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The community spaces are equally impressive—bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows and an open kitchen layout that creates a warm, home-like environment.
The facility is consistently clean and well-kept, and the staff is always quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. What truly sets Silverbirch apart is the quality of their team. The employees are friendly, compassionate, and genuinely interested in the lives and well-being of the residents. The nurses and caregivers are knowledgeable and attentive, with a clear understanding of each resident’s individual needs.
Most importantly, my mother is cared for like family. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands.
Silverbirch also does a wonderful job creating a vibrant social environment. They offer a variety of engaging activities such as karaoke, bingo, live music, magicians, and more, helping residents stay active and connected. The food is also very good, and my mother especially enjoys that she can order favorites like a cheeseburger and fries anytime she likes.
I highly recommend Silverbirch Midtown to anyone considering assisted living or memory care. Their dedication, compassion, and attention to detail truly make a difference.
I love it here, it is my home now. I'm going to live my life out here. Employees are very caring, respectful, actually loving, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Lots of hugs! Food is excellent, plenty of it! My apartment is a private 1 bedroom on ALTCS, they scrub it very clean. They wash the clothes and fold them nicely. LOTS of activities and I'm kept very busy. They have a bus with lots rides and trips to stores and movies and more. The residents are very friendly and welcoming, very kind hearted and sincere. I feel very safe here, and it is a good place to live! Thank you Silver Birch foe giving me such a loving home and a great life! I look forward to my future here.
Very nice. Very clean and surprisingly genuinely hearted people I had an experience two times in the past with other companies like a manual campus of care as being one of them and I expected the same outcome this is more like the Hilton garden inn; the way they treat you is something hard fought at ascertaining in that regard. I would recommend this very highly to anybody; don't waste your time anywhere else! this is a gem.
I think this place is the best place I have ever been in. It is cleaner, quieter, and nicer than anywhere I've lived. Some residents may not be as nice but I think that's because they have their own problems.
Their food is better and the service is better than when I was at Amarsi.They make us good food and always make sure I get my meds on time.
I'm so glad I got out of my other assisted living and I want my friends to move her too.
The staff here has been wonderful. The Executive Director and the nurse were both extremely helpful and caring, and the entire facility has exceeded our expectations. We’re very grateful for the kindness and support shown to my grandma and our family.
