I have never before or since I left my home had a place in such love and prosperity. I fell in love and welcome and Safe. I would do anything to go back to this place. It was the only place I Everything I need in one place in a team that would listen to me or needed. All my needs were met And if ever I had a problem, they listen and help me solve it. I recommend this place to anybody if you’re lucky enough to get in on time it’s so forever when that you should never wanna leave.
From the moment my grandma in law arrived, the experience has been nothing but positive. The Executive Director took the time to be helpful and informative, and the nursing staff showed true compassion and professionalism. The facility is well run, welcoming, and clearly focused on resident care. We are very thankful for everything they’ve done
BridgeWater Assisted Living at Deer Valley has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment my loved one moved in, the entire team made us feel welcome, supported, and at ease. You can tell right away that the staff truly care, not just about doing their jobs, but about the people who live there.
The caregivers are kind, patient, and attentive. They take the time to really get to know each resident and treat them like family. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with smiles and genuine warmth. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and full of life, it doesn’t feel clinical; it feels like home.
Knowing my loved one is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who treat them with dignity and love means everything. I’m so grateful for the compassion and dedication of everyone at BridgeWater Deer Valley. They’ve made such a difference in our lives.
I absolutely love this Bridgewater! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Sandra the activities director is great. Her assistants are very helpful and inviting. The activities room is huge and they encourage the residents to join activities with such love and compassion you can tell that they care a lot. I really enjoyed seeing the way this place treats their residents and the effort they put in everyday for them.
I would like to say Sergio the maintenance guy harassing elderly people staff there all aware and has not been addressed I know personally from clients I would not recommend this place the reason some clients don't leave it's affordable but people like that should not be working there with vulnerable old people
