Melissa Torres★★★★★a year agoMy mother lived at this long-term care home for nearly two years, and I will always be grateful for the care she received. Her caregiver, Rose, was truly incredible. She has such a gift for this work. Rose cared for my mom with patience, love, and dedication all the way through to her final moments. My mother absolutely adored her, and the bond they shared brought our family so much peace.
The owner, Tina, is a very real and down-to-earth person. She genuinely cares about the women in her care and steps up as an advocate when needed. She was willing to work with us and address any concerns that came up. One thing that stood out immediately and remained consistent was the cleanliness of the home. Tina holds a high standard for how the house is run, and it shows. It was always well-kept, organized, and felt like a warm and safe environment.
I toured several places before choosing this one, and while no place is perfect, I truly feel like I found a pretty good one for my mom. The love and care she received will stay with me forever.

The owner understands the high standards a family wants and she keeps in contact with the medical providers and therapists that come directly to the home to see my mom. There is great food and activities for the residents. It is truly a family atmosphere where the staff cares. My mother has high standards for cleanliness and hygiene all her life and she would not even walk in the door at other assisted living homes we tried to tour. She was so thrilled we found Motherdear’s after her stroke because now she can relax in comfort near her beloved South Mountain!
