Grahame Aitchison★★★★★10 months agoTouchmark in Prescott is a peaceful, beautifully maintained place to enjoy retirement. The amenities are truly top‑notch, from the well‑equipped fitness center to the movie theater, ballroom, and on‑site salon. The staff are consistently friendly and always ready to help with whatever you need.
What really sets Touchmark apart, though, is the community. Residents come from all over the world, bringing warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of connection. It’s a welcoming environment where people look out for one another and truly enjoy this stage of life together.
Adrienne Rogiers Ochoa★★★★★10 months agoTouchmark at the Ranch feels more like a beautiful resort than a senior living community. The grounds and spaces are stunning, well-maintained, and welcoming, creating a peaceful and upscale atmosphere. The services are exceptional, with a true continuum of care that offers residents and families peace of mind as needs change. Touchmark is also refreshingly transparent about finances and cost of living, making the process clear and trustworthy. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making every interaction feel thoughtful and personal. An outstanding community all around.
Vicki Johnstone Dodge★★★★★9 months agoMy sister-in-law lived here for nine months in her beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with an incredible view. As her dementia progressed the management (specifically Dawn) communicated with us frequently and were so kind. The facility is beautiful and the staff kind and attentive. We highly recommend.
Celia Brown★★★★★11 months agoTouchmark at the Ranch is the best in Prescott. I have had the opportunity to visit many senior living communities in this area and surrounding Phoenix area. The environment is resort like and far exceeded my expectations. It is conveniently located, beautiful grounds and talented staff.
