Kristen Sherwood★★★★★6 months agoWe moved my mom into Sierra Del Sol a week ago….what an amazing experience it has been! Everyone has been so incredibly helpful and kind; Anne has been so caring and informative in getting this whole process organized and finalized; Ruben with maintenance was at her apartment within an hour to install her television, and was so friendly explaining everything to her. Pam at the front desk literally took our major recycling and trash to their receptacle for us (we were planning to find somewhere on our own!). Keelani, the wellness director, is so thorough, even stopped by our house to do an assessment ahead of time. Mom was escorted to the dining room for her first few meals just so she could get comfortable. After her first meal there, she called us to brag about how wonderful the food is! She let us know that caregivers come check on her all the time, and it makes her feel so comfortable. Her apartment is so inviting and safe; she has absolutely everything she needs…our hearts are so full for her happiness, and the stress it has alleviated from all of us is just immense! We stopped by tonight after just a few days of her being there, and she’s already sharing about friends she has met! Highly, highly recommend taking a look at Sierra Del Sol for your loved one!
Tracy H★★★★★6 months agoWe had a tour of Sierra del Sol today. We were welcomed by a personalized sign and friendly front desk staff. Anne led our private tour and was very straightforward about life here. It is a long standing community with 3 cooked meals daily. It became clear that our dead is more suitable for independent living and assisted our memory care. However, and gave us great hints and information about the whole process. I appreciate her overall friendliness, how informative she was, and as a thank you for taking a tour they even gave us a fresh baked apple pie! If you are looking for an assisted or memory care facility for your parent, I would definitely recommend checking out this location.
Steve Barlow★★★★★a year agoOur family moved my mother into Sierra Del Sol this week. Leah Montgomery and Anne were excellent and the whole process was easy, professional and quick. Ruben also was such a nice guy that helped us see models. It"s a beautiful facility and the residents were so happy and friendly. Very nicely decorated, high end chairs, plentiful bathrooms, theatre, library, medical, hair salon and wonderful dining facility with a robot delivering food, so cool.
Definitely an impressive, professional facility, yet down to earth staff makes even visitors feel like they are home! As a result, I feel my mom is in great hands with Sierra del Sol staff, which was important for our family.

Richard Winn★★★★★10 months agoMy wife and I first toured Sierra del Sol with Anne Connell prior to bringing my parents for their tour. As we are just beginning our education related to what possible path my parents may take in this next phase of their lives, we were so fortunate to have been guided by Anne. Anne provided a thorough introduction not only to Sierra del Sol itself but also Anne provided guidance on what we may anticipate in my parents' transition from living in their own home to living in the Assisted Living community. My parents are only beginning to come to terms with their need for change. However, the combination of all that Sierra del Sol provides, as well as, the genuine compassion and professionalism conveyed by Anne and others, certainly helped to relieve many of my parent's anxieties. We understand that guiding anyone along this path can be very challenging. We are thankful to have made our first steps at Sierra del Sol and with the able guidance of Anne.

Leah was amazing and made us both feel comfortable knowing she would be so well taken care of. She put us at ease in our most stressful and emotional time. Securing a safe place for our Aunt with compassion, respect and grace. Thank you Leah...she is thriving in her new space and loving her new experience in meeting new friends in only a few short days!
