N★★★★★a month agoThis is a great place for your loved ones.
My father was here for almost 7 years and recently needed to change his level of care. That’s the only reason why we left. I am going to miss the staffing here & am sad to go.
They work really hard and are very attentive especially when you bring something to their attention.
Thank you to all the staff at RVG. You will be missed.
This is a great place for your loved one to stay. The staff are the nicest people and are willing to help you in anyway they can. My mom is very happy here. The food and cleanliness is a very high priority for every one staying here. Management is the greatest and their number one priority is to ensure and keep their residents healthy, safe and happy.
This facility has been AMAZING! My mother needed more assistance than what I was able to do for her so we began looking at assisted living facilities. This was my first time needing to do something like this and I was so scared! You hear all those horror stories about facilities, that no place is the right fit, it seems. The day we toured The Residence at Village Green though, it felt completely different. My mom instantly fell in love! (Literally though! She asked to move in the same day. Ha!) The director, Susan, along with other staff have always been so welcoming, patient, kind and informative. They all know my moms specific needs and meet them all very well. (They even paired my mom up with the best roomate! They are two peas in a pod. Both looking after eachother, like the best of friends.) Thank you all for making my mom feel at HOME here and calming my heart and mind, knowing she is safe, happy and well cared for. 😊 I appreciate you all, so much!
I will give them zero if there’s one. Don’t be deceived by the Director and the staff. They don’t care about their residents. Their profit is foremost in their mind, so they are so quick in raising their prices. You have to pay for everything, since they won’t provide it. The discrimination is so rampant, so you have to please them; otherwise, they will make your life unbearable with a constant threat of being removed from the facility. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone.
My mother has been a resident at the Residence at Village Green for 2 years and I have nothing but high regards for the care and staff! Susan has created an environment of high standards of care for the residents, team development… and…they love to have fun! Whether it is a celebration of holidays with food and games, guest musical performance in the dining room, or the many social games and crafts for those that want to participate (Demi you ROCK), there is a lot going on! Everyone that lives in assisted living is there for a reason, and Susan develops a culture of compassion and care. My mother is 94 and very challenged. When I hear her say “the staff here are so nice and they work so hard”, that means everything to us. I don’t know the evening staff, as I am only there in the day time, so I know I am leaving some out , but a big shout out to Kristy, Chantz, Shila , Demi and Jessica! Thank you everyone!
I am sad to see some of the negative comments in past reviews… but I can tell you with the direction and development Susan has brought to her team, “you should see them now”!!! If you or your loved one is in need of assistance, I encourage you to check them out!!!
