She is truly an exceptional QMAP caregiver who consistently goes above and beyond for my uncle. From the very beginning, she has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to his well-being.
Rikki is always attentive to his needs and ensures he is comfortable, safe, and well cared for at all times. What stands out most is her reliability and communication—she keeps our family updated regularly, which gives us such peace of mind. Knowing that my uncle is in such capable and caring hands means everything to us.
Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of his care team. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a truly outstanding caregiver.

Pop Pop★★★★★4 years agoOutstanding! My mother has been living at Brookdale Pinehurst Park for over a year now. Cannot say how fortunate we are that she lives in such a caring and well-run residence. My mother is happy, enjoys the food and activities and appreciates the assistance provided by the staff. My confidence in the facility and staff has only increased during the first year. The communication is excellent, even during the pandemic. Everything from house keeping to how they treat my mother is truly exceptional.
