The staff are consistently courteous, attentive, and accommodating. I especially appreciate their willingness to assist with my mother’s appointments—when notified in advance, they ensure she is prepared and ready, making the process seamless.

I have visited Superior multiple times in the last year or so. It is always clean and smells up to par. Unlike other facilities that always have some kind of smell, when you walk in, you wouldn’t know it was an assisted living. It is beautiful. The staff is very caring, down to the receptionist to the clinical staff, to the admin team. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. You can tell that the clinical staff has expertise in dealing with dementia and Alzheimer’s by the way, they take care of the residents. I was looking for my grandmother at one point, but we never made it to put her in a facility, she stayed at home. But when I am looking for one for my mother, this would be the place to be!
