My Mom moved in 4+ months ago and loves it here. The staff from top to bottom are so friendly and helpful. The activity calendar keeps her busy and the food is better than her last facility. The rooms are nice, clean, and bigger than many other places we looked at. We’re very happy we found the Madison at Clermont for her.
The Madison is a wonderful Assisted Living Facility. It has a very different and positive atmosphere. The beautiful lobby doubles as an activity center. With four scheduled activities a day, and plenty of places for pickup activities for bridge, dominos or just singing along in the lobby… we fell in love with The Madison.
If the senior in your life can get out of bed on their own, or with just a little assistance… even if it’s just to get into a wheelchair…. I highly recommend The Madison for its activities, atmosphere and close-knit community.
My husband and I have only toured Madison at this point but we are very interested in moving one of our family members into this community. Kay who works in the memory care unit was amazing! It really shows how much interest and caring she takes in her clients and her job and she was a wealth of knowledge. We would love to have our family member there and are going to continue looking into the process.
I visited a family member recently, Every time I come in, there is always people in the lobby doing something so it feels "Alive" I guess is the best way to describe it. I will definitely be moving my mom here when we get her down here from PA
What a beautiful facility. The Executive Director, Paige, has been so helpful in making us feel comfortable bringing my mom to the facility and trusting her care to them. The way Paige delegated the move-in process made everything very easy for us. We could not be happier with the choice we made.
