We recently moved my dad into Grand Villa, and while it has only been a little over a week, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the experience so far.
Moving a parent into assisted living is a big transition for everyone involved, and the team at Grand Villa has made the process feel much easier and more comfortable than we expected. From the beginning, everyone has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely caring.
I especially want to recognize Rosie and Antonieta. Both have gone above and beyond to make sure my dad feels welcomed, comfortable, and supported, while also giving our family peace of mind during the transition. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help have really stood out.
It means a lot knowing my dad is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him and his well-being. We’re very grateful to the entire Grand Villa team and feel really good about our decision to have him there.
My mom came to Grand Villa in 2022. She was taken care w love, respect and kindness. Sadly, my mom passed away last month at the age of 98. They say it starts at the top and filters its way down. Well, the kindness started w Antionetta, who is the director and it filtered all the way to the nurses, aids, wait staff and the amazing Marie who sits at the front desk. The first smile you see when you walk in the door.
Antionetta always took the time to speak w me when I had any concerns and worked with me as my mothers needs changed. Sylvana, who works in the back office, who you wouldn’t think would even be involved in the day to day- was! She always took the time to show my mom love and affection and speak w my mom in her native language. Alta, who is a head nurse who would call me with new ideas to help my mom in her day to day. She treated my mom with tenderness and care and alway called me immediately w anything concerning my mom. Yolette, Rose, are just a couple of the amazing aids that took care of my mom on a daily basis. They showered her with love, respect and treated are her like she was their own mother. These aids made my mom laugh on a daily basis!! What’s better than that?! These people treated my mom like family. And always took my concerns and worries and addressed them. It’s never easy leaving a loved one in someone else’s care. But, at Grand Villa, I was able to leave my mom there and be assured she was cared for and loved. I am so grateful to Antionetta and the staff there for taking care of my mom and loving on her until her last day.
My father has been a resident at Grand Villa since last year. He began in Independent Living with minor assistance services, and as his needs increased, Grand Villa consistently stepped up with additional support. Earlier this month, he transitioned into the Memory Care unit, and the move was handled smoothly, thoughtfully, and without stress.
Working with Grand Villa has been a genuinely positive experience. The facility is clean, bright, airy, and extremely well run. The staff are wonderful. Executive Director Antionetta sets the tone with her leadership, professionalism, operational excellence, and genuine care for residents and families. I’d also like to give special recognition to Ninette Williams, Brunel Gue, and Lucise Pierre Fadael for their kindness, support, and dedication.
If there is one area where Grand Villa could continue to improve, it would be communication with families when a resident is sent to the hospital, transferred to a rehabilitation center, or when returning family phone calls. Strengthening this would make an already excellent experience even better.

From our first interaction through the entire process, the application and admission experience was smooth, timely, and well-organized. Rosie Kortabani, Sales & Leasing Manager, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in guiding us through every step and answering all of our questions. She made what can often be a stressful transition feel straightforward and reassuring.
The care team is outstanding. Antonieta Caicedo, Executive Director, leads with professionalism, warmth, and a clear commitment to both residents and families. Brunel Gue, Memory Care Manager (LPN), brings both expertise and genuine compassion to memory care, ensuring residents receive attentive and dignified support. Nurses Stefenie and Jackie consistently demonstrate kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism, treating residents with the respect and care they deserve.
Beyond the staff, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating a safe and comforting environment. The activity schedule is especially impressive, rich, engaging, and well-planned, giving residents meaningful opportunities for social interaction, stimulation, and enjoyment every day.
After visiting nearly a dozen facilities, Grand Villa was our top choice in Palm Beach County for memory care, and that decision was made easy by the outstanding staff, excellent communication, and the genuine sense of care that is evident throughout the entire community. They are absolutely worth a visit if you are looking for wonderful care of a loved one.
Making the right choice in a assisted living facility can be a monumental and life altering task not only for your love ones but for your family as well. After considering many local facilities we chose Grand Villa East. Location, conversation with staff, casually speaking with residents, affordability and amenities where a few of the considerations.
We've been lucky enough to have our parents of ages 90/91 living at Grand Villa Delray East for 4 years now ( father passed recently ).
The moment we walked through the doors and met Antoinette Caicedo the Executive Director, we felt a sense of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Her entire staff is well trained, attentive, compassionate, and always goes beyond what would be considered the norm for a facility this size and priced so reasonably. They ensure the residents are comfortable, safe, and engaged.
My daughter a nurse, RN, who is a health and wellness director at a major large facility in the Tampa area gives this place a very high approval rating upon every visit.
The facility itself is always kept clean and updated regularly. It is designed very well to meet the needs of seniors while still giving the feeling of home. There are always well organized activities to keep residents engaged. Live entertainment, fitness classes and social gatherings are plentiful.
What impressed us most is how well they personalize the care. Whether it’s medication management, assistance with daily living, or just offering a listening ear, they treat every resident with dignity and respect. Communication with families is also excellent; we’re always kept in the loop.
We would highly recommend Grand Villa of Delray to any family looking for a community that "looks like home. Feels like family" for their loved ones. After our parents living there 4 years we know that's not just a catchy slogan - it's a way of life at Grand Villa East. Antoinette really is doing an amazing job.
