We have been very pleased with the care my dad has received at American House, Fort Myers. The facility is clean, the meals are delicious and nutritious, and the staff is caring and attentive. There are many activities for the residents to participate in and the activities director and the aids frequently remind dad of activity times and locations so that he stays active. I’d like to give special thanks to Daisy who enthusiastically organized dad’s 100th birthday party at the facility.
My mother was looking for a facility that was ready for her to be active and yet still an assisted living facility. She has been there for a little over 2 years and she has had a wonderful time.
At the American house on Fort Myers they always having day and afternoon activities live music especially events celebrating everything from the Kentucky Derby to Halloween and special books.
If you're looking for a place that would be great for mom or dad that needs a place this is an excellent place to go to.
What a fabulous place for your loved ones. This staff is amazing! They truly exhibit a caring community here at AHFM. Excellent facilities and a wonderful place to visit!
One word…WOW! Such an amazing facility. From the food service, to the full gym, movie room, to activities, every corner of this building has high standards and attention to detail. The resort style outdoor area with a pool, garden, putting green, and more was one of my favorite areas. The only thing that topped the facility itself was the staff, they are AMAZING! The new director really cares about the workers and isn’t afraid to step in and help out along side them. Everyone has a bright and welcoming smile from the moment you walk in and make you feel like part of the family.
American house metro is a beautiful place that is full of beautiful smart staff members and people that live there, I recently moved in to the palms a couple days ago, they have a moving company called regal relocations they helped me moved in and got everything assorted for me I was so thankful for them to do this for me I would definitely recommend the palms for anyone that is looking for a retirement home that is affordable and beautiful to live in, I have made so much friends while I have stayed here for the past couple days!! The food is excellent they have fast service and welcoming servers stop by American house metro and come take a look and enjoy this retirement home that has been made for all of us!!!!❤️.
