Lauren was great to work with and really helped my family with our needs. She communicated well and kept everything clear and easy.
We felt a lot of trust working with her and really appreciate all of her help.
The community is clean and inviting. The staff are kind and attentive. The residents look comfortable and cared for. The management team are very knowledgeable and have a hand in the care provided as well. Overall, this was the perfect choice for my Grandmother, she’s seems very happy and well taken care of, and that’s what matters the most at this time.
Now called "Radiance", independent from HV ALF. Homelike atmosphere, very pleasant staff, all-inclusive price (no service level charges). 5 to 1 staff ratio.
Worst decision ever. Mom fell and went to Er. Not a single phone call to family. Stuff missing from her personal belongs. No one took any responsibility just pushed blame down the line.
