The gorgeous Village of Gainesville is filled with the most Loving and Fun Staff, Gourmet Meals, Exciting 10-15 Activities each Day, High End Resort Swimming and Court Facilities and the Best Welcoming Friendly Residents Ever!!! As my grandson said, "Nana, this place is like living on a deluxe Cruise Ship!!" Absolutely!!!
The Village at Gainesville provided catering and bar service for my farm wedding last weekend. Our menu was executed to perfection, and we received many compliments from our guests!

I am very happy and feel very blessed to be a resident of The Village. I would like to share with you my pleasure of experiencing the joy of travel with Paula. I have been a resident here since 2024 but have only recently traveled with Paula on two trips. When one becomes a resident of a retirement community, they might hear about the travels that their children and grandchildren are enjoying but might think that their traveling days are over. That is not the case at The Village, thanks to Paula. She provides expertise in planning both short and long trips for those who are ready for adventure beyond the Village property. Every detail has been thoroughly thought out by Paula. Travelers only need to sit back and enjoy the adventure. Along the way, she chooses good dining facilities while also providing snacks for those who become hungry while on the road. When you arrive at the destination, you find that everything has been arranged so that you can relax, learn, and experience either art at a museum or fun activities. I look forward to the next trip with her!
Our family has had such an amazing experience with The Village of Gainesville. Mom absolutely loves it there, and more importantly, it truly feels like home to her. The staff is absolutely amazing, and Mom loves all of them so much. Everyone has been so welcoming, caring, and supportive, which has made such a difference for her.
There is always something fun and engaging going on, and one thing that really helped during her first few weeks was our family encouraging and helping her get involved in activities right away so she could meet people and build connections. We would highly recommend other families do the same for their loved ones because it made such a difference for her transition and comfort level.
We visit often and have even started doing monthly movie nights with the residents, which has been such a fun and special experience for everyone. Seeing Mom so happy, involved, and thriving means the world to us, and we are so grateful to The Village of Gainesville for creating such a caring and vibrant community.❤️
Today, I am out walking our Village campus on a sunlit day, with gentle air temperature and birds chirping at every turn.
I embrace being part of this senior living community. I feel a friendly and warm welcome from other residents and all the staff.
Here we "keep on learning" with a vast array of academic classes, physical activity sessions, and interactive discussions.
I am most fortunate to live here...It is fun, it's safe, and I am Happy.
