Arbors is an amazing home for my Mom. She is in the Assisted Living side. The accommodations are wonderful. Shout out to Samantha (Executive Director), Angela (Sales) April ( Care Coordinator) and Rachelle (Select PT Manager) for making our transition from rehab to here so smooth and easy.
All the staff are so friendly. I am so thankful there was availability right away for my Mom. Thank you Arbors and Select!
My mother-in-law has been a resident in Assisted Living since January 2026. We chose this Community after carefully evaluating all others in the surrounding area. This one stood out as "Premier" and has not disappointed! The community is well maintained, has many various activities, dining food is above average, and it is led by a very passionate and dedicated Executive Director, Samantha Clark. While there is no perfect place, any concerns and/or suggestions we have had were respectively listened to by Samantha and promptly addressed. She has an Open Door Policy for all residents, staff and visitors which is most welcomed. We feel like we definitely made the right decision of choice at the Arbors.
My love ones just recently moved in and I met a few people since their move that I was impressed enough to leave a review. I met this lady in the lobby named Cara and she had great energy and very welcoming. I met Samantha and she asked if I needed anything and when I told her who my loved one was she knew where they were and their room number. I loved that since they just moved in.
The community is also very clean and smelled great.
My elderly uncle has been here a year and it has been a wonderful experience, especially in comparison to many other facilities. Unfortunately, the facility was purchased by a new management company, Grace Management, and they pretty well stink. Flat out lied to everyone about rent being raised when they purchased 4 months. Received the rent increase (over $300 a month) letter today. Activities are terrible now - absolutely no effort or monetary contributions to improve them from Grace Management, it's just "come and sit and chat", which the residents can do anytime.
They have also stopped printing the daily bulletin, which included meals, activities (which are decreased), birthdays, jokes, etc. Now the residents are expected to read the menus on the television in the lobby, or on the chalkboard. Tell me, how many elderly folks do you know that LOVE to get their information via technology vs in print?
Overall, I see the quality of services decreasing, while rent is increasing. I love the staff, I love the general vibe of the facility, and hoped to keep my uncle here for remainder of his life. Not sure we will be able to, or if it is a good value for the money now.
I do NOT recommend Grace Management.
I have been in senior living for many years and The Arbors of Gulf Breeze has friendly staff and the residents have a full activity calendar. The community is always very clean and I see staff everywhere assisting their residents. Anytime a new management company absorbs a community there will be challenges and I see many positive moves made by Grace Management at The Arbors. I would happily move a loved one in if that time arises.
