The staff truly set this facility apart. Every team member—from caregivers to administrative staff to the owner—demonstrates genuine compassion, patience, and respect for the residents. They take the time to get to know each individual, ensuring personalized care that meets both physical and emotional needs. It’s clear that they don’t just see this as a job—they truly care.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Residents have access to comfortable living spaces, inviting common areas, and beautifully kept outdoor spaces. There’s always something engaging happening, from social activities and fitness programs to games and group outings, which helps residents stay active and connected.
One of the most reassuring aspects is the communication. The staff keeps families informed and involved, which provides tremendous peace of mind. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Most importantly, our loved one is happy, safe, and thriving—something we couldn’t have hoped for more. This facility has truly become a home, not just a place to live. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care for a family member.

Darryl Weekley★★★★★6 months agoOn day one while touring multiple Assisted Living Facilities with Care Patrol, The Camilla at Gulf Breeze stood out to us—the cleanliness, the professionalism of the team, the happiness on the current residents faces! Moving a loved-one into a new environment is so worrisome. We feared all the unknowns! But five months later The Camellia continues to stand out to us. It’s the warm and friendly managers upfront. It’s the excellent meals in the cafe. It’s the patience and respect shown by the staff too! One tech, Ms Tiffany has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure my mom was clean and comfortable!! This place feels like home for us and the management and team here really help lighten the burden of stress, giving us a little peace and reducing that fear of the unknown everyday! We say thank you! Keep standing out!!
