Jennifer is the epitome of professionalism, compassion, and community-minded service. She is conscientious, approachable, truthful, insightful, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the residents and families she serves. From the moment we met her, she made us feel welcomed, informed, and supported.
What stands out most about Jennifer is her unwavering positivity. I have never seen her without a smile, and her warm, friendly demeanor which immediately puts people at ease during what can often be a difficult and emotional transition. Her ability to listen, understand concerns, and provide thoughtful guidance made a tremendous difference for our loved one and our family.
Simply put, Jennifer is the poster child for what outstanding service looks like. She represents Watercrest with grace, integrity, and genuine heart. We are grateful to know her, and Watercrest is incredibly fortunate to have someone of her caliber on their team.

It is a welcoming community where the staff works beautifully as a cohesive team. The residents are pleasant and active, the food is excellent, and the location is ideal. My mother lived here several years ago and I now bring my client who are looking for care. I highly recommend Watercrest Spanish Springs!

The interior is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and overall pleasant. It is obvious that they care about their residents- addressing each by their name. Highly recommend speaking to Jennifer Hutt to learn more about what they offer and if it’s the right place for your loved one.

Watercrest is truly a wonderful community. The residents are well cared for, the environment is welcoming and beautiful, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service and support. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents.
A special thank you to Jenn, the Sales Director, who is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to help. Her dedication to both residents and their families is evident in everything she does.
I highly recommend Watercrest Spanish Springs to anyone looking for an assisted living community that provides exceptional care in a warm and supportive environment
Carol Neal★★★★★4 months agoWatercrest is wonderful. The staff and the population are so much fun. I lived there for three months while I got my husband settled in the memory care unit and the interaction with his caregivers was easy. He is kept busy and engaged and “everyone knows your name”. The campus is clean and the chef prepares some delicious entrees. For holidays they have special menus and gatherings.
