My Mom is a resident, and she really enjoys it. She has freedom to come and go, and the staff is GREAT! You truly get a home/family feel at Canopy. The activities are constant and consistent, including the outings to various places of interest for the residents. The food is good, and they really keep it super clean. Can’t say enough good things about my family’s experience there. Highly recommend!
From what I have experienced from Canopy is everyone that works there is top notch. They are very professional, friendly and caring. They go out of there way to make everyone feels like family .
The canopy is a very friendly facility for the elderly. Moving in and moving out as a resident goes very smoothly due to the staff being so kind and generous. They referred our company Moving America to help a resident today. Courtney in the memory care unit was extremely helpful as well as her colleagues. Kelly at the front desk made sure we got in and out quickly and efficiently. And big thanks to Jayda for helping the residents find the help they need.
The Canopy is one of the best facilities I have been to through the years. It's a little smaller than some but the staff is very attentive and they work together for the residents.
My name is Kelyn, I live out of state and lived with my grandmother for a few years in my early 20s. She is truly a gem, and so so important to me, and I’m so grateful she’s in such professional care in this time of her life. She needs, now more than ever, the kind of care and compassion at which Canopy excels. I’m so grateful for the round-the-clock care and community culture at Canopy. I also love their campus and recreational facilities. We have a big family, and as fabulous as the little apartments are, this group spaces are ideal for bigger visits. Thanks y’all
I cannot say enough about Amber and her incredible staff at The Canopy at Harper Lake. From the moment my mom became a resident, Amber has led with compassion, professionalism, and heart. You can feel the culture she’s created — one where residents are truly seen, valued, and cared for like family. The team is attentive, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my mom feels safe, engaged, and loved. As a daughter, that peace of mind is everything. If you’re looking for a community where leadership matters and care is genuine, this is it. 💜
