Charles McAvoy★★★★★5 months agoThe community looks amazing after the renovations! It’s always been clean and well maintained, but now looks totally new.
Everyone walks around smiling and the staff are so kind. My uncle absolutely loves living here, and we couldn’t be happier with all the amenities and activities available for him. Great place to call home!
Donald Schwartz★★★★★3 months agoMy sister lives in The Arbor assisted-living. It’s a beautiful facility and my sister is very happy living there. I want to especially compliment Jeffrey, who has gone out of his way to make sure that my sister is receiving excellent care. He has been of extreme assistance at all times I have reached out to him. His communication skills are excellent, his availability is unparalleled and his compassion is very much appreciated.
Cherie Purdy★★★★★5 months agoI absolutely love this place. It is one of the few facilities with enough staff to effectively meet the needs of both residents and visitors. I am most familiar with the memory care unit, though I also know the assisted living and independent living sides, and the level of care throughout is truly exceptional. The residents are treated with compassion, respect, and like members of a family. If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, I highly recommend this community. Jeffrey, Allison, Kiesha, the list go’s on this staff is amazing and make the living experience here even better.
Lawrence Kallman★★★★★a month agoI would like arbor to understand what I am saying. We have been for 4 1/2 years and we love this place and my wife does not have to clean or make the beds anymore. As a matter of fact our rooms are pristine. I want you to consider your head of a Housekeeping Luisa. She is a wonderful worker and leader and I see her every day running around, working hard and always says hello to us as busy as she. I appreciate all she does for us
Alyssa Rudinsky★★★★★3 months agoWe are truly impressed with how much effort has been put into transitioning our parents into their new home.
Everyone at the Arbor has gone above and beyond. We feel very fortunate to have found a place where the staff is so supportive and dedicated. We know that our parents will be happy and very well taken care of. This is a tremendous relief for us.
Thank you so much.
