Chris Atkinson★★★★★a month agoCaring Hands is an amazing assisted living facility with such a warm, welcoming, and family-like environment. The staff are some of the most caring and compassionate people you could ever meet, and they truly make everyone feel at home. The home-cooked meals are delicious, there are plenty of fun activities to keep residents active, social, and feeling young, and the peaceful nature-filled location makes it even more special. They even have a beautiful garden for everyone to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care, I definitely recommend Caring Hands to anyone in the Naples, Lehigh Acres, or Fort Myers area. It truly feels like more than just a facility — it feels like home.

I went to tour Caring Hands with my grandfather. Not only did I fall in love with this facility but this facility was my grandfathers number one choice.
We were able to met with the owner, Nurse Hislar, who is amazing! We personally saw her assisting with the residents, playing games with them, and were very hands-on with them.
Nurse Hislar and her staff were very welcoming, offered us refreshments at the time of the tour, and overall gave a sense of security if we chose to move forward with this facility.
There’s a familiar feeling when entering this facility. It’s very similar to feeling at home with family.
G★★★★★a year ago"Caring Hands" is a small, wholesome, friendly, and immaculate family owned and operated ALF in Lehigh Acres run by Hisler and Dean. My aunt was a resident there for almost a year and was tenderly and skillfully cared for. Hisler is a registered nurse, who oversees medications and does anything else that is needed. She and Dean are attentive, caring and go well above and beyond their job descriptions. "Caring Hands" is truly a home, and Hisler and Dean and staff are the heart of it. I would highly recommend this ALF without the slightest reservation.
Cindy★★★★★a year agoI highly recommend Caring Hands ALF LLC to anyone looking to place a loved one in a facility that is totally dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment. I can honestly say that my family was blessed to have our family member in their care before he was transferred to Hospice care. The owners and the entire staff became like family as well as the other residents. We will continue to stay close to them for years to come. I will also add that this facility is much more affordable than most assisted living facilities yet it has so much more to offer than other facilities. Thank you Hislar and Dean for the loving care you provided.

The owner and staff ensure that I am included in everything that happens at the facility and with my mother. My mother’s birthday was a week ago and due to other inconveniences, I was not able to visit her like intended. The staff made sure to not only celebrate my mother but also made sure to call me and send lots of pictures.
I couldn’t be anymore grateful to them that I already am. If you are searching for a great place for your loved one, this facility CARING HANDS is the perfect place, I promise.
