Patricia Romero★★★★★a year agoFinding a place like Coral Plaza was a blessing for my Sister and I. The process of placing our Mother in a facility that would meet all our requirements was daunting. Yet Coral Plaza and there staff checked all our boxes. The place is clean and maintained regularly, the food menu is amazing. it does not feel like a hospital setting more like a Condo. It always smells great The staff is always helpful, kind and with great attitude. They also speak Spanish which was a huge plus for Mom. They are loving towards my her and that's what really matters. I want to especially thank Tatiana the admission director for being so kind and accommodating to us. Always available. As well as the head nurse Ms.Jennifer who help navigate all my mother's medical needs. What matters most is that our mother is happy and well taken care of. I recommend Coral Plaza 10 stars for sure.

Everybody from the front desk, administration, maintenance, nursing and culinary, plus activities is top notch.
A special thank you to Tatiana for making me aware that there are places like this that exist and the residents wellbeing comes first and foremost.
Teycha★★★★★8 months agoOur family is incredibly grateful for the care and support the staff provides at Coral Plaza. I moved my mother in October 2025 and from day one, they have treated my mother with kindness, dignity, respect, and compassion.
What truly stands out is how supportive and responsive the team us. Anytime I have a question or concern, they address it thoughtfully, which gives my so much peace of mind.
A special thank you to Colette and Barbara for the attentive and compassionate help they provide my mom. Their patience and kindness do not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize the nursing leadership DON Jennifer and Kathleen for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to resident care.
Special nod to Dexter at the front desk. He always remembers me when I visit and makes a genuine effort to use my mom's strengths to joke with her and maker her laugh. Those moments mean more than he probably realizes.
And Rochelle - while she may not provide direct care to my mother- has helped me tremendously. When I first moved my mom in, she noticed how difficult that transition was for me and made an effort to comfort and reassure me. To this day, she is always smiling, joking with my mom, and bringing warmth to every interaction. That is truly priceless.
Knowing my mother is in such caring and capable hands means everything to our family. Thank you to the entire Coral Plaza team for all that you do every day.

From the very beginning, they were compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions with patience and kindness. They took the time to explain every step of the process and genuinely cared about making sure our dad was comfortable and well cared for. Their professionalism and empathy gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. We are truly grateful for their continued support and highly recommend them to any family looking for an assisted living community for a loved one.
Bree Creenen★★★★★11 months agoMy grandmother has been a resident at Coral Plaza for almost 4 years. Due to her dementia diagnosis she lives in the memory care unit. It’s a tough decision when putting a loved one into a facility, but I am confident with where she’s at. I’ve seen firsthand the attention and care that the nurses and aids and the administration has for their patients, especially those in memory care that need constant supervision. In general, not a lot of people know how to handle someone with dementia but, I think the staff there are very experienced and knowledgeable in behaviors and handling the sudden outbursts that they may have.
The facility itself is kept clean, there’s usually always music playing and some dancing or a little event going on for the residents. When my mom and I come to visit, we’re always greeted so nicely. My grandmother has several nurses come and say hello to her.
I think it’s important to note that the communication there has always been good. If my grandmother needs something I’m informed about it, and vice versa. There’s been a few times when I’ve had no idea about certain things, when it comes to insurance or Medicaid and I was able to get help with that from administration (Ms.Ruth and Ms.Jennifer were big helps with that). So many of the staff have been lovely and patient to my little family. This facility is worth looking into.
