Josh★★★★★8 months agoWhat dump! I went to pick my mom’s belongings today. The place stunk, cockroaches, the cleaner said the room was clean (sticky stuff on the floor, a half eaten sandwich on a book, rancid milk on a bag… ect). Is this how we treat our elderly? Shame!

From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are truly exceptional – kind, compassionate, and always ready to go the extra mile. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and I've seen firsthand how much they genuinely care. Beyond the amazing staff, the location of Brookshire is perfect. It's conveniently situated close to downtown Melbourne where there are shops, parks, and medical facilities which makes visits easy and provides residents with access to everything they need. I highly recommend Brookshire to anyone looking for a top-notch assisted living community.
