Salterra at Melbourne has been an incredible blessing for our family.
My mother, Jill, is truly thriving there. From the moment she moved in, the staff has treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, engaged, and valued.
The environment is warm, welcoming, and always clean, and there are plenty of activities that keep the residents active and social.
As a son, the greatest gift is the peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, happy, and surrounded by people who truly care about her well-being. Seeing her smile and enjoy life again means everything to me.
I'm deeply grateful to the entire Salterra team for the compassion and dedication they show every day. I highly recommend Salterra at Melbourne to any family looking for a wonderful assisted living community for their loved one.
You can't pay people to care, and it shows here. I don't think they could care less. Not happy with the attitudes of staff and treatment of vulnerable loved ones. Slamming doors, mean mugs, crass. My Mom was treated extremely poorly while visiting my Grandmother just today, and it's just the latest in a string of poor behavior. Don't send your loved ones here if you want them cared for with even an ounce of care or compassion. Replace the entire staff.
I cannot thank Krystle, RN and her staff enough for their working with me as I coordinate the healthcare needs of my client. Each time we have had a physician appointment or hospitalization and rehab stay, she has been great in helping to ensure the information is added to the chart and returns are safe. I work with many clients who reside in various communities, and knowing that Krystle is attentive to my clients needs makes the experience much better. Salterra has a gem in Krystle.
This has been a wonderful place for my brother to live. The staff is caring and so nice to him.
His room is bright and big and he is able to have many of his personal things with him. Plus his view is spectacular. A shout out to Crystal and the nursing staff….wonderful caring people. Food is very good with excellent friendly servers. He calls Volante home now….I couldn’t ask for more.
My Mom has been a resident at Grand Villa's Assisted Living facility for about nine months. During that time, we have been very pleased with the service provided to her. No complaints. The Resident Care staff has been very attentive and responsive to her needs. We rest easy knowing that Mom is well cared for. Nine months ago, we were initially concerned that she might not accept her new living arrangement well, that concern faded very quickly. She is enjoying her stay there; specifically the entertainment, special events, dining, friendly staff, and more importantly, the other residents in the facility. Kudos to the staff that has made her comfortable.
