Anicia Anya★★★★★5 months agoHighly recommend Charm Home!!! I stayed here for a week after a full mommy makeover surgery. I was skeptical about recovery homes and they made me feel very safe and loved. The ladies are so caring and check on you throughout the day. They also check your vitals and make sure you are taking all of your medications. Leidy, Adri, Debbie, Maria, Yose were so amazing. Adrianna and Debbie are super hero’s, they really helped me on my worst days. All of the meals are prepared with so much love and nutrition. They also have a massage therapist and IV infusion service that comes right to the house and also the best in Miami. Most of the ladies speak Spanish but they have all the tools to translate… I didn’t have any issues communicating with them.

I want to leave a huge thank you to the team at Charm Home Miami, as my stay here was absolutely fantastic! The entire place was incredibly clean, and my room was beautiful and comfortable. The food was excellent, and the added touch of delicious vegetarian meals made a huge difference during my recovery. They were also incredibly helpful when I had a transportation issue, resolving it smoothly and taking away all my stress.
What truly makes this place special is the staff. Every single caregiver was so warm and kind. To Adriana, Debbie, Maria, Yosi, and Yudith, I will never forget my stay or how wonderfully you looked after me!
I highly recommend Charm Home Miami to everyone. If you stay here, you will be happy, well-cared for, and very pleasantly surprised by how amazing the experience is.
Kandace Farrar★★★★★5 months agoStaying here was the best decision ever. After an almost 100 lbs weight loss, I finally booked the surgery I needed to remove all the loose skin. I have two young kids and didn’t want them worried about me during recovery. I also knew I would feel better knowing they were well taken care of by their dad at home. So I traveled to Miami alone for surgery and was so scared. I was nervous about charm at first because all of the communication was electronic. However, I can’t imagine having done this any other way. These ladies became like family and took such great care of me. The food was amazing. They helped me shower, dried me off, helped me in and out of clothes, brought my medications on a schedule, absolutely everything. Adrianna, Debbie and Josie are all gifts from god. There is no way I would have felt comfortable asking my husband to do some of the things these ladies did during my recovery. I also made friends with some of the other girls staying here and felt like I had a community for recovery. They do speak Spanish almost exclusively, but we communicated with the Google Translate app or had another person staying translate. I never had a problem communicating. Also, they have adjustable beds! I can’t recommend them enough.

Every detail of my experience reflected a high standard of excellence. I had the pleasure of being attended by both the day and night teams, and each member of the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. Their ability to anticipate my needs while offering genuine compassion made my recovery feel not only safe, but deeply supported.
The food was exceptional, and I especially loved the daily fresh pineapple juice which added a refreshing and thoughtful touch.
I’m deeply grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this recovery house to anyone looking for a place where you feel genuinely looked after and supported!
Cynthia Barragan★★★★★6 months agoThis place was a gem! I got there a day before my surgery and was feeling extremely nervous but after talking to Adriana I felt a lot calmer and reassured. The care after my surgery was incredible as well. The girls were so attentive to my needs especially Adriana and Jossie, they made me feel safe, and well fed the whole time, helping in my recovery. It was also nice being in a home with other women going through a similar experience as me, we were all bonding through our recovery which made the journey a lot less lonely! I would highly recommend Charm Home if you’re looking for a place to recover!
