As a nurse caring for one of the residents at this newly opened Assisted Living Facility (opened on 04/01/2025), I’ve had the unique opportunity to witness the environment and staff in action from a clinical perspective. I can honestly say—this place is a gem.
From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels more like a home than a facility. The design is modern, clean, and thoughtfully planned to support both comfort and safety.
What truly sets this ALF apart is the staff. Even though they’re new, they operate like a seasoned team—professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive to the needs of their residents. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure my patient feels valued, safe, and well cared for.
Communication with families and healthcare providers has been excellent, and it’s clear that resident well-being is the top priority here. The administration has set a strong tone of excellence, and it shows in every interaction.
I highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a place where their loved one will not only be cared for, but truly cared about.

I want to share our experience with Cruz Family Home, where my mother-in-law and my husband's grandmother stayed. From the very first day, we felt the difference: it's not just a place to care for our loved ones, it's a true home.
The staff was always warm, patient, and respectful. It's clear they don't see it as just another job, but as a calling. They were always attentive to their well-being, their meals, making sure they took their medications on time, and keeping us, as a family, informed of any changes.
The cleanliness and organization of the place were also excellent, which gave us great peace of mind. But what we valued most was the genuine affection with which they treated our two elderly women, making them feel accompanied and loved at all times.
