I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Solaris Senior Living North Naples. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers a welcoming environment, but what truly sets them apart is their incredible team.
From day one, the level of professionalism and genuine compassion shown to my mother, Cecelia, has been outstanding. They don't just provide medical care; they treat you like family.
I want to give a special shout-out to Brandy Drahota, Trina Sarmiento, Natalie, Cathy Gillies, Fariany Lopez, Suzie, Jeanny Milfort, Andrew Gora, Yexiret Rondon, Marie Neida, Guerline, Ann Marie and Jocelyne Desttine, for going above and beyond. Their dedication, kindness, and attentiveness has made a world of difference during my mother’s time here.
The therapy team is top-notch, the communication from administration is clear, and the nursing staff is incredibly responsive. If you are looking for a facility that prioritizes dignity, comfort, and high-quality rehabilitation or long-term care in the Naples area, Solaris North is absolutely the best choice. This is the most unsanitary roach-infested facility I have ever been to. Not only is it disgusting, the staff especially the Director of Nursing Jennifer Kirisits herself, and some of the other nurses are some of the most awful nurses I've witnessed. The staff here verbally abuse patients, family members, and private duty caregivers. I understand healthcare is expensive, but if you have any other option than this place, please choose the other option for the sake of your loved one.
