Angelo was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of our questions, and made what can be an overwhelming decision feel much less stressful. Although we ultimately chose a different facility, we wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the time, care, and professionalism he showed our family. His compassion and dedication to helping families are truly appreciated.
I have toured the facility and I have nothing but all impressed. In the heart of new port richey? Cannot beat the location. I encourage everyone to see their facility and their capabilities. And they will take variety of payment sources. Angelo is your guy. And he’ll take care of the rest.
I had to find a place for mom after being neglected where she was. I was told about all the activities and great food prepared by chefs. And mom would be taken care of there. Once she was there I had a meal with her and my grandson of 1 year could have done better. mom has lost so much weight also. Medications, don't get me started on that subject. There is only med techs working giving out meds and none of them know a thing about Medications. No one speaks English or understands English. Activities? There are some.
Someone is supposed to be helping mom dress in the mornings due to her frequent falls. Nope no one helps other than to wake her up. So she wears pajama tops during the day. With frequent falls!
I have tried to contact administration about some of these things. Mom been there almost 1 year and no one has returned my calls.
RUN AWAY IF YOUR LOVED ONES WANT TO GO THERE!!!!!!!
Nothing elevated about Elevated Estates. Nice exterior. Drab hallways, and miniscule patient rooms. No amenities. No staff present at all on weekends. Found my spouse uncared for, caught in the bars of the bed, and hysterical on the first day I visited. No one attending her. Her door had been shut. Called loudly for help. No response from anyone. It was Saturday. No one in charge! This place needs much further evaluation from authorities. Food with little nutritional value. Please pass this place up, if you are considering it.
My father needed a safe place to go short-term to get his medications in order and to receive care. The memory care side of Elevated Estates provided that for him. Tina, our coordinator, made herself available to us for all of our questions, responding to texts and calls quickly and with so much patience and kindness. I truly believe she was just as invested in his health and safety as we are, and that is a gift! Every time I went for a visit there was staff cleaning up and nurses were always present. My father’s medication was delivered to him consistently and on time. He was cared for diligently, which allowed him to make so much improvement. We will be forever grateful for Elevated Estates.
