This facility has improved a lot. And I highly recommend this place for your loved one. Krystal and Dominique have been there for a long time, and they are great at what they do. They are very caring about what they do. And the love for their jobs shines through every time you come across them.
A lot of improvement since the NEW OAKVIEW. I have the pleasure of knowing Krystal, who is exceptional. She truly understands the vulnerability of Alzheimer’s residents and the care that is needed. She treats your family like her family. Very communicative, with compassion and integrity. Overall, genuinely kind. You can feel confident knowing your loved one is in caring and trustworthy hands.
Making the decision to move my father from one assisted living facility to another was not something I took lightly. Anyone who has been responsible for the care of an aging parent knows how stressful, emotional, and overwhelming the process can be. You want to make the right decision, and above all, you want to know your loved one is being treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
From my very first interaction with Jan and the team at The Oakview, I felt a genuine difference. They were welcoming, understanding, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire transition. Rather than making an already difficult situation more complicated, they went out of their way to make it easier.
Having dealt with another assisted living facility, I’ve learned that there’s a big difference between a business that provides assisted living and a place that genuinely cares about the people who live there.
I’m truly grateful to Jan and everyone at The Oakview for helping make this transition a positive experience. Knowing my father is in a place where he is treated with care and respect means more than I can express.
Thank you for making a difficult decision a little easier for our family.
I have have had the greatest experience here the whole team is outstanding. There is one employee that stuck out to me very much. She is amazing. Shout out to Dominique for doing a great job at what she does.
I am a resident here and I absolutely love it. My favorite here are Dominique and Cheryl in management. Anytime I have a small issue they work together and get whatever needs to be done, done. I love all of the staff especially ineice the med tech I'm so happy to be here.
