Ashley Alicea★★★★★9 years agoGreen Tree truly treats it’s residents with compassion, love and dignity. My auntie lived there and in her time living there she had nothing but wonderful comments about the staff and she always seemed to feel right at home. I found comfort knowing that her last days where spent where she considered home. Oh and One more thing, I personally loved how attentive the staff was, always making sure she was very clean and well groomed. Thank you Green Tree for giving my auntie a good quality of life.
Shiba Winston★★★★★3 years agoI popped in unannounced several days ago on purpose, after looking at how well the placed looked on the outside, I wanted to know if it would be a place I would consider placing a love one. I've been in the healthcare aging industry for over twenty plus years working as a sales manager and sales director. so I'm very critical on my expectations on how a senior community should operate and how it should look and smell. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I was warmly greeted, even as a pop in and was immediately helped by a very friendly gentleman name Alex. He was happy to show me around, the building was spotless with no foul odor. Actually much larger than I expected and tastefully furnished with clean white furniture, reminding me of a place by the ocean. I ask about six residents how the food was and each of then raved about how good it was ( I can say it really looked good) that day the cook was serving beef tips w/gravy, rice and broccoli. I also request to look in the kitchen, (couldn't go in) but from what I could see, it was very clean, organized and the cook was happy to speak with me about the menus. However, I would like to see a transportation bus and I wasn't shown an activity calendar or a weekly menu. But I would be remiss not to mention how clean the residents were and how content and happy they seem. I also did not feel or see any tension amongst the staff. I honestly would not hesitate to place a family member at Sweetwater Assisted Living, and please take a moment to pop in and see for yourself. It's well worth it! Maybe the next review will be a five star!
Edwin Ortiz★★★★★9 years agoGreen Tree ALF is truly a home for these residents. I personally witnessed some amazing teamwork between all the staff during and after hurricane Irma, and the mandatory evacuation. Every single staff member went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that each resident was properly accommodated and cared for during that tough week. This place is truly a big family. It will be difficult for anyone to find a more loving and caring ALF staff.
Charity Walden★★★★★9 years agoAs a Case Manager, we based our referrals on patient's and family's choice. Green Tree ALF has a great reputation based on their staff and their clean environment. Patients and families have referred to this facility as a very warm and friendly environment to live in! They treat their patients like family, especially what happened during the recent hurricane that hit FL! The facility is run by knowledgeable attentive nurses that are always available to their patients. Keep up the great work that you do!!!
Jane Taylor★★★★★9 years agoGreen Tree Assisted Living has a dedicated staff that truly care about the residents. The Director of nursing ensures that the correct care plan is provided to each resident and that the individual physical needs are met with dignity. True leadership was especially demonstrated during hurricane Irma, when dedicated staff worked there tireless as a team under the direction of Iris and Mari. Residents are truly happy and dry with a staff committed to teamwork. Very professional and a highly recommended facility.
