Armando Gomez★★★★★2 months agoMany facilities exist in Palm Coast, yet one stands out as a sign of a strong setting. Everyone there is welcoming and ready to support a loved one—just as they support mine—at any moment without hesitation. It is remarkable to see an aide holding laundry who will still adjust plans to help a senior. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for such a wonderful cornerstone of our community. If I could award seven or ten stars, I would, but Google limits me to five.
Ryan Anderson★★★★★4 months agoDebbie is amazing to work with! She is always punctual, kind, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Her attention to detail and dedication to doing things right really stand out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes so much pride in what they do. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a reliable and caring professional.
Victoria Johnson★★★★★a year agoBrookdale is a wonderful community that truly feels like home. It’s a smaller assisted living facility, which gives it such a warm, family-like atmosphere. The team here goes above and beyond for their residents, showing genuine care and compassion in everything they do. Each staff member takes the time to know every resident personally, creating a sense of comfort, connection, and belonging. Brookdale is a place where you can truly feel the love and dedication behind the care they provide every day.
Patty Zulauf★★★★★4 years agoMy 90 yo father has received excellent care at Brookdale Palm Coast. The staff has been very supportive and helpful. They encourage my Dad to get out of his room especially for meals and he likes the food very much. His condition has improved over the past month and I think the environment at Brookdale contributed to his improvement.
charles gornowich★★★★★5 months agoMy parents are here at Brookdale in Palm Coast and the staff does an excellent job helping them with their daily routine and treats them like family. I can't imagine them anywhere else!
