Susan Connor★★★★★2 weeks agoAfter an extensive search of assisted living and memory care facilities in the St. Augustine area, my husband and I selected Sancerre for my in-laws and moved them in earlier this week. With my MIL in memory care and FIL in assisted living, both are getting great care while still living right down the hall from each other. The staff has been so kind and helpful with this move, especially Jessica and Nancy. Their respective rooms are light and bright, and accommodated key pieces of furniture and artwork that make it feel and look like home. My inlaws have been able to have meals together and the staff sends pictures of their smiling faces which is a huge relief to us. Compared to the other places we visited, the vibe at Sancerre is above all, calm. TV and music isnt blaring at all hours, which helps. The beauty salon and onsite gym are both top-notch, an essential part of the living experience rather than an afterthought. The food is also high quality, with daily lunch and dinner specials as well as a standard menu of favorites. We are confident they will enjoy their remaining years more at Sancerre than they would have at home without proper care!
Jeremy Messersmith★★★★★5 months agoIt was my first visit with my Aunt Mimi, and I was immediately impressed by how pleasant and welcoming the staff were. When entrusting the care of a loved one to others, it’s natural to feel uncertain, but the team here truly treats residents and their families like their own.
Since moving in, my aunt has shown noticeable improvement compared to when she was living independently. It’s been especially reassuring to see her forming friendships and engaging with others. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed and provide a perfect setting for residents to relax and spend time together.
I was particularly touched that a member of the sales team, Claire, took the time to walk the property with us, check in, and engage in meaningful conversation. She is just one example of the many staff members who clearly demonstrate genuine care and attentiveness.
Overall, the facility is clean, welcoming, and supportive. Most importantly, my Aunt Mimi is happy and enjoying her time here, which gives our family great peace of mind.

The memory Care is run so well and all the staff is exceptional. Residents look so happy and are taken care of well.The front office staff along with the New administrator are top notch..So glad we have such a wonderful place for our loved ones in our ommunity
wendy norman★★★★★7 months agoI looked at soooo many places before choosing Sancerre for my mother. Working with Jess through the evaluation process was seamless and elegant. She was available for every (of the many) questions that I had, and made sure that we not only had answers, but personally experienced every aspect of their offering to see for ourselves. One of the things I noticed immediately, was how every member of the staff greats every resident and visitor with a smile and kind word, even if they are just passing in the hall. Mom has been there for two months and my early impression has held true. From Nancy and Dawn on the front desk, to the med techs, nurses, dining staff and every helpful hand along the way, this is a kind, warm, attentive and incredibly welcoming home.

Jessica was an integral part of our decision to select Sancerre after visiting several facilities in the Palm Coast area. Jessica is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She accommodated our schedule, made home visits, promptly returned all our calls, provided us with answers to all of our questions, and made us feel like family. We received regular communication and invitations to all the community events so we could attend to familiarize Mom with the facility and meet other residents while we were considering our options. Now that Mom has settled in, she loves her new apartment and the incredible staff that cares for her. We visit daily and always feel welcome and are greeted with smiles and kindness.
We maintain the utmost admiration and gratitude to Jessica and the entire staff for making this process such a positive experience.
We highly recommend Sancerre for any loved ones that are in need of a living arrangement that assists with their needs.
