My mom has only been at St Mark/ Highland Lakes for two weeks and I can't say enough about how happy we are that we chose this facility. Cindy was the first person we encountered when touring the facility. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel better when explaining how assisted living would improve my mom's life style. Mo has kept my sister and I apprised of my mom's health issues and needs. Amy at the front desk has gone out of her way to help with some of our needs and or concerns. Mike in maintenance has also been very helpful. The whole staff is so attentive and friendly. I wish I knew the names of the whole staff because they all deserve cudos. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone 100 percent!!! Vic, the director, is very approachable and very helpful as well. Undoubtedly a 5 Star residence.
Five stars are not enough to give this facility. Monice and her staff of Nurses and Aids are absolutely AMAZING. They truly care about their residents!
Mike in Maintenance goes above and beyond for residents needs and wants.
Karey keeps her residents happy and fulfilled with her (personality) planning activities, entertainment and social events.
These are just a few of the people that deserve a shout out at this facility.
The food is amazing.
The facility is very clean and should be commended.
Like I said, this facility deserves more than five stars.
I never dreamed my mom could be happy any place other than home. We were so lucky to find Highland Lakes. It is clean, the food is great and the caring staff is amazing. They tend to her every need. It’s a relief knowing I have nothing to worry about when it comes to mom’s wellbeing.
100% of the staff here are great. I have never had a single complaint. They make the residents feel at home and go above and beyond. I did have one billing issue where I was told 2 different things, but once informed management corrected the issue in my favor immediately. I'd give these guys 4.99 out of 5 stars. Lets just round that up to 5.
Highland Lakes Assisted Living is EXACTLY what I had been looking for. The staff is caring, loving, and treat each resident like family. The residents always seem to be thriving, and enjoying each day. HIGHLY RECOMEND!
