Salterra is one of the best assisted living and memory care facilities in the Tampa Bay Area. Always clean and they treat there occupants with respect and dignity.
Evelyn Preble is one of the best accountants and a great go to person. She is amazing!
I would not hesitate putting another loved one there.
Visited a friend that is in the memory ward and surprised how active the staff interact with the residents there. Place is very clean and well organized, staff really friendly. Under new management (Baymeadws???? Something) and are adding on with property next to them.
Eric, at Volante of Pinellas Park took the time to give us a phenomenal tour of the building. While we were walking, he personally introduced us to many of the staff, including housekeepers, maintenance, caregivers, nurses and activity directors. He knew them each by name and remembered all of our names as well. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares for what he does. The building was clean and well kept. The residents were just finishing lunch and everything seemed to be running so smoothly! The building was also decorated for Christmas so beautifully.
I would definitely recommend this facility (and Eric) to everyone!
This facility is one of the best in Pinellas! The memory care director Dean, is absolutely amazing, caring and compassionate, all the staff is wonderful. I would recommend to my own family and friends. Thank you all for all you do!
Great meeting & tour with Eric & Ashley -
Toured the facility and we were looking at Memory Care. The facility was very clean -it was 5:00 pm on a Friday evening and the staff seemed very happy- the patients had just eaten and everybody looked clean and happy and we got many good vibes from our tour ! We even had a resident wheel up to us to tell us how much she loved living there !
Eric had rearranged his schedule to meet with us, and Ashley stayed a little bit later so that was greatly appreciated and both of them really love their jobs ! Thank you !
