Under the new management the place is in better shape — the building and infrastructure have been updated, and it feels more organized day to day. Staff are present with residents and the tone is attentive rather than rushed. There is structured activity time, including drawing, painting and group programs, not just idle common areas. Dr. Samuel, the owner and lead physician, is involved and on site. From what I observe when I’m there, the operation has tightened up a lot.
