Luigi Basco★★★★★4 months agoMy spouse and I thought we had scheduled tours at several assisted living places through a third-party service on a Saturday. Unfortunately, none of the communities had any record of our appointments.
When we walked into Grand Villa, we were warmly greeted by Sharon at the front desk. She was friendly, welcoming, and assured us that Saturday tours are always accommodated. We toured with Jessica, who was knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about what she does. It was obvious that the residents enjoy interacting with her as much as she enjoys helping them.
We were impressed from the moment we walked through the doors. It was refreshing to see a modern, updated community rather than a dated facility with old carpet and fixtures like some of the places we had just visited. The apartments were clean, bright, and well-maintained and affordable. The residents and staff we encountered were all friendly and welcoming.
We especially liked the movie theater and the overall atmosphere. Grand Villa is currently our top choice for my sister.
We highly recommend taking a tour!
Kim Montgomery★★★★★3 months agoThis experience has been so amazing. We love how sweet and professional everyone who works at the Grand Villa Of Port Charlotte is. The food is delicious and the whole place is clean and tidy yet warm and welcoming. Each apartment has a lanai which makes it so homey and positive. The hallways are bright and charming. Kurt and Kathy and Jessica and Lyssa and Sharon and Glen are all just fantastic people. Their hearts for serving are so evident.
C Marks★★★★★a month agoOur experience with Grand Villas of Port Charlotte has been, and continues to be, truly exceptional. When we began our search for assisted living, it was one of our first stops — and I was immediately wowed the moment I walked through the front entrance. The personal tour was wonderful, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to the residents. Watching the interactions between staff and residents was heartwarming; you can genuinely see the care, love, and respect they show every person who lives there.
Our mom is truly thriving at Grand Villas, and it brings us so much comfort knowing she is safe, happy, and well cared for. She enjoys the activities, the wonderful meals, and we never have to worry about whether she’s receiving her medications. She’s surrounded by kind residents who have become real friends, and seeing her so content means everything to us.
Theresa Nicholas★★★★★4 months agoI had to move my 91y/o mom from Georgia to Florida. She was in need of care assistance I could no longer provide. She wanted to go back to Florida to be near her grandkids and great grands. We picked the Grand Villa because it was rents renovated, would let her have all her furniture and more importantly, her aged cat. Being long distance, it was very nerve-racking to make the move and all the details involved. I worked very closely with Jessica Campese She was so awesome. She made the transition smooth and safe for mom and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The place is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Mom loves her new home. We couldn’t have made a better choice! I highly recommend the Grand Villa!!
Lisa Johnston★★★★★6 months agoThe place is absolutely beautiful. The staff is great. My Mom is so happy there. Jessica has been an absolute gem! Couldn’t ask for better service from a Sales Assistant. She deserves all the credit of my entire experience from right after my first visit to my decision to choose Grand Villa and my happiness with everything so far.
