I cannot say enough good things about this nursing home. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that our loved one would be in great hands.
The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The nurses and caregivers go above and beyond to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and happy. Communication is excellent—they keep families informed and are always available to answer questions or address concerns.
I’ve been taking care of two elderly clients now that reside at Twin Creeks since 2020. The staff has been consistently helpful, they seem like one big happy family. The chef is still making amazing food after all of these years. The building is clean and always nicely decorated for each holiday. I feel my clients are comfortable and safe at Twin Creeks.
So far our experience with Twin Creeks has been amazing. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The facility is very clean. Making the transition from independent living to assisted living has been a challenge for our loved one but the staff at Twin Creeks has been a blessing and I cannot thank them enough!
Twin Creeks is an exceptional community, with dedicated staff who truly love and care for the residents as if they were family. Many have been a part of the team since the beginning and have developed close relationships with the residents and their families. These relationships are what make Twin Creeks feel like home.
I had a wonderful experience with this assisted living facility. The staff is caring, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
