My personal experience with Vitality Living Spring Hill has been superb. My parents lived there for several years and received great care. I didn't need to worry about their medical care or their safety; the staff was professional and beyond my expectations.
In recent years, I've had other adults assigned to me who have received excellent care at Vitality both in assisted living and memory care.
I would certainly not hesitate to place anyone needing TLC in Vitality Spring Hill, the staff is great.
RUN RUN RUN far away from this horrible place! These people can careless about your family members. They lie about controlled substance just to get more money! The maintenance men are freaking ridiculous , they take packages for days and don’t give to patients almost as if they check what’s in there, plus they had the nerve to tell my father to cancel the power of attorney we have so we don’t have say, what kind of horrid company can careless about the frailty of these people. The food is crap, cold, and often the same thing. The coffee if always cold ( unless you have a schedule visit). The ceilings are crumbling. The ac and heat never work. This year has been so cold (2026) no heat in the mornings! They have went behind my back and used their own pharmacy to get meds for my father then charged me later. He has VA he don’t need a pharmacy that charges ridiculous amounts for meds that should have never been ordered! Crooks! Greed and everything in between! They play a great front just pop up sometime unannounced. Haircuts for a man 40$ diapers are 60$. Housekeeping was crap all the sheets he had were destroyed. Now after we moved him out they want to charge for meds they aren’t giving, a parking spot he hasn’t used in a couple months and renters insurance. Let’s not forget the 3000$ deposit these crooks get before moving in! You can find better trust me! They are going to write back with apologies and trying to make things right or say something about us so you don’t believe. Just trust me there are better places that will care for your loved one! PS all the good reviews comes from them asking for it right there when you sign up so you don’t have a chance to say otherwise! Review a month or 2 after. Take a look at all my reviews I don’t usually do bad reviews unless it’s warranted. Just saying.
I love living at Vitality. The staff I interact with are so pleasant. They are always greeting you with a smile. I am gluten sensitive but there is always foods on the menu that suit me. Delicious foods with a chefs special a couple of times a month. I've been here 3 months and we have had a waffle/ brownie bar, a seafood bar with delicious steak, a salad bar, a pasta bar,(my favorite ), a picnic bar, omelette bar just to name a few. I love the exercise programs. Specifically the drums and the chair dancing with great music run by their terrific Social activity director. Savanna who makes them better than my cardio exercises from the nearby hospital. The Sales director, Michelle and the Sales counselor, Martha go out of their way to make clientele feel welcome. I can not tell you enough how much I love it here. I.chose this facility. I did not have to move but I wanted what Vitality had to offer me.
My mom became a resident of Vitality living in Spring Hill, Florida approximately 2 1/2 years ago. She began in the assisted living facility and the Care she received the first year and a half was extraordinary. All of the staff is very attentive and caring towards her and all of the residence. At some point, she needed more assistance and they moved her to the memory care unit where she Resided for Approximately one year. The love and care of the staff there was truly extraordinary. They truly loved and cared for her like she was there family. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to have their loved ones cared for. Joseph D’Ambrogio Springhill florida.
I am a resident of three years and I am very happy here. I can be myself when I am here. If I want to read a book in my room I can or if I want to go and participate in the many activities offered I can. The staff is very caring and loving. The atmosphere here is wonderful. On holidays the management team show up and make it feel like home. The common spaces and campus are beautiful and I feel safe. During the holidays this place is a wonderland. I just love living here.
