I have had a truly wonderful experience with all of the staff at Springtree. I was having a very difficult time finding a new step down level of care for my client and the moment I stepped foot into Springtree in Sunrise, I knew this place was different. The facility is clean, the staff is supportive/knowledgable/helpful, the activities that are provided offer inclusion and encourage connection and fun. My client has told me the meals are incredible and the staff has been nothing but kind to her. I have weekly meetings with the Director and nursing staff, which has been instrumental in navigating my clients progression in her mental health journey. I could not be more grateful that we found SpringTree and I recommend them to anyone searching for a place for their loved ones.
Visiting SpringTree was such a great experience. Specially when talking to Zahara and going through all the information she professionally gave to me and my elderly relative. I am very impressed with her empathy, enthusiasm and dedication to Springtree residents. I will definitely give her a five Star plus review and consideration to this amazing place.
I've been to several assisted living facilities, and I have to say that Pacifica Senior Living is a very nice place! It's clean and well maintained, and they have security cameras all around the property, inside and out. there are no smells. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything going on in the building on all 3 floors! There is security on the premises, and they're constantly moving about ensuring safety. The dining room is large and well set tables for your loved ones. The movie room is nice with a large 80' screen with plush individual seat setting. Ms. Chastity and Ms. Elaine did a GREAT job of showing my family around the premises and answering any and ALL questions we asked them. It's just a place you yourself have to visit to see its charm for yourself. I've made my mind up. The search is over, and we're landing at Pacifica Senior Living. Thanks, guys!
The ladies of SpringTree, Keke Ortiz in Sales and sweet Tarilyn in activities are what the community represents. Beautiful facility hidden in the heart of Sunrise with great residents! Go check them out!!
I love living here at Springtree senior living. The people here are great. The staff here are very nice and very helpful. I love the nursing staff and the activities director is wonderful. Myself and other People in the community say that the activities director gives them hope, happiness and reason to appreciate the day. The staff makes life here more hopeful and happy. They make everything here great for me and makes me proud to say that I live here.
