Robert★★★★★4 months agoLotania and her staff provide superb care. Until recently, both of my grandparents were at Annie's Place, now it is only my grandmother after the passing of granddad. They were the first residents at the Noreast location. While my grandfather's health declined over the 2.5 years there, my grandmother improved...all because of the attentive staff. Not only is the staff caring, they treat each resident with the utmost respect, ensuring each day is the best it can be for the residents.
Latonia is a God send who truly has a heart for serving the ederly. You won't find a better leader or team to care for your loved ones.
Respectfully,
Rob
Ralph Barbon★★★★★a month agoI have a cousin who has Parkinson's and it has progressed to the point that he is bedridden. When we found Annie's we looked at several places. Annie's facilities are spotless and the staff is caring and attentive. In addition the food is always fresh and healthy unlike my experience at other facilities that he and other relatives have been in. The staff keeps the place spotless and since it is not a larger facility he is always checked and cared for. I highly recommend Annie's if you have a relative or loved one that wants the highest level of care.
Violeta Corchado★★★★★4 months agoOur mother is very happy living at Latania's Assisted Living, one of Annie's Assisted Living facilities. The care givers do a great job! They are very caring and treat her with respect and love. There is good communication between the administration, nurses, care givers and us. We feel secure knowing she is well cared for!
Lisa Phillips★★★★★a month agoMy mother started out at magnolia Manor in Lutz as I fell in love with it when I first saw it. She did very well there, however, she was prone to falling so they suggested a smaller facility in carrollwood. She is thriving! The caregivers are amazing and not only is her care exceptional so are are the other residents there. I know this because I visit everyday. I would recommend Annie's assisted living to anyone who needs top notch care!
Charles Haendel★★★★★4 months agoMy wife and I have shared an excellent experience at Annie’s. Importance for us is safety, comfort and cleanliness. The caregiving is very warm and personal. The facility is meticulously clean. The meals are prepared fresh each day. I feel blessed to be at Annie’s
