I would like to thank Best Care for caring for my grandmother, Agustina as you did. It was nkt an easy decision for the family to come to have to place her. Best Care ensured that her needs and time there was as comfortable and pleasant as possible for her. Up until the very last moments of her life. Thank you especially to Gladys and Suzanna for taking her as a piece of your family. I am eternally grateful to you all. God bless you. Nyleen, thank you for always having her as well.
I wish there was a place to put 0 stars. I filed a complaint because my relatives clothing and other items was stolen from this facility. While trying to find them another facility to be switched too! The staff has decided to retaliate against me due to the complaint. Since I have been forced to continue going inside this building to care for my relatives. I have had the director go off on me. The nurses tried to lock me inside the building. My relatives stuff continues to disappear slowly but surely. This is a disgusting assisted living facility and environment for you or your loved ones to have to endure. DO NOT BRING YOUR RELATIVES TO THIS PLACE!
The building is well organize which makes it feel at home, the staff takes care of the residents very good and respects the residents. They also decorate the memory unit for dementia people for holidays and they have activities to keep them active.
This place is well organized and clean. Residents are calm and happy. Always have activities everyday to keep them active and busy.
The whole crew is very helpful and caring.
I would recommend this place and i’m confident your love one’s well be taking care off🥰.
Best care senior living facility at St Joseph has been nothing short of amazing. This is one of the friendliest and active environments for a senior living home. I absolutely recommend as they have set the standard for other facilities
