Joel Devenbaugh★★★★★7 months agoLobby windows are never clean, windows above entrance doors dirty. Door frame are not wipe down, elevators needs cleaning, control panels needs to be Sanibel daily. Needs lobby area needs upgraded, trash along fence in back parking lot always. These are some little things that dont get done, staff is great, maintenance are on top of things, and they get it done,
Joanne★★★★★4 years agoMy father lives at this facility in the ALF. They do a great job making sure that he has everything he needs. My father seems to like everybody that he comes into contact with. The staff are predominantly spanish speaking but even though my father speaks no Spanish, he seems happy and he is taken care of. I have no complaints. The Nursing supervisor has been amazing. Piece of mind is so important and it has been nice to not have to worry about my father.
Thank you!
