I've lived in Renaissance a year and a half with my husband. We love our cozy apartment and the beautiful grounds to walk and enjoy lots of birds. We participate in Happy hour on Wednesday, Pokeno, Bingo, exercise class 3 days a week, Puzzle People and just did the Not So Newly Wed Game. Today we rode the bus to Publix to shop. The bus also took residents to Sonny's for lunch.
It can be a lot of fun if you like to put yourself out there! One of the best parts of this facility are the caring staff. Alex on the front desk can help you with any concerns. He knows everything about the property. Phil handles all maintenance issues promptly. Dining room servers know our drink orders and likes and dislikes. We cruise a lot, but living here is like a cruise on land. You can go to dining room for meals, you can go on excursions like the Strawberry Festival, restaurants, shopping centers,, Publix and Walmart. You can receive physical therapy here.
We call it Renaissance at Sea. Come check out the beautiful property here with great proximity to doctors and hospitals.
My mother has been living at Renaissance for a little over 3 years now and the staff is absolutely wonderful!! Mom is well taken care of, seems very happy, and I feel very comfortable with her being there. Thank you, Renaissance!!
I know how everyone at Renaissance North has to know what a wonderful Christian man Phil Golden is. He is always working very polite. He is always happy. You can always trust him to come into your room. I am so glad I got to know him. He is a joy to be around.

I have been very pleased with the care that my dad has received at Renaissance. In particular, Amanda one of the aides is fantastic. She’s very caring and always goes above and beyond for her patients. My dad calls her the Jack of All Trades!
This is a wonderful senior living facility. They have such friendly and helpful staff to help people enjoy living here. They have so many good activities.....exercise class, water aerobics, live music events, art, games, movies! They also have 3 wonderful meals each day, it is as nice as going to a true restaurant. The apartments are good size and nice place to live. They also have a pretty pond out front with birds and turtles who like it as much as residents like it and often sit outside to enjoy it. Rental price is reasonable for such a good facility.
