Grand Living at Wellen Park is exactly that. An absolutely beautiful community with everything from independent living, assisted living and even memory care. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the Director well, she is top notch! From delicious food to wonderful activities to a beautiful, beautiful facility I give them five stars! I have 7 years experience of having my late mother living in an assisted living facilities. I would have only wished she could have experienced... Grand Living.
we continue to have low water pressure with our hot water and the upstairs second floor tub hot water barely comes out for some reason. It’s fine on cold but when you switch it, the hot, it barely comes out to fill the tub would take probably an hour.
We are loving the amenities. We are happy with the house as We are learning about the area so this was a great place that was close to everything. Only wish was that the Dog park had night time lights. Makes it much easier to clean up after pets w lights;)!
Maintenance have responded quickly to even the slightest problem like a porch light. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The only difficulty has been dealing with Foxen.
