My schizophrenic brother has lived here for a good 15 years or more. I am thoroughly satisfied with Colonial Assisted Living in every way. Nichelle and Regina and the rest of the staff take very good care of my brother and are very attentive in getting my messages to him. I wouldn’t even think of taking him anywhere else.
Colonial Assisted Living is hands down the best facility for my mom. She's happy and has made friends, and enjoys participating in activities. I'm so pleased and grateful for their support most importantly their staff. Colonial is clean, and feels like home.
My loved ones have been at colonial about 9 years now. Nichelle has the place running in top top shape and is always available and willing to speak with me anytime I call. It’s been a pleasure to work with her all of these years!
From the moment you arrive at Colonial Assisted Living, it is clear that this is a place where residents are truly cared for with compassion and respect.
What really stands out is the staff, they are attentive, kind, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of each resident. It’s reassuring to see how patient and responsive they are, always taking the time to ensure everyone feels safe, heard, and valued.
The level of care and attention to detail is excellent, and families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in good hands. It’s clear that Colonial goes above and beyond to create a supportive and positive environment.
My brother has lived at this facility for two years. They have accommodated his increasing needs and coordinated well with local PACE services. While I might hope for physical renovations to the building, I cannot complain at all about the staff who are invariably positive and friendly.
