1⭐️ because you can't give a 0.Started good, turned sour. They borrowed her wheelchair, loaned her one that severely injured her arm, applied band-aid, brother had to take her to E.R. next day. Several trips to E.R for dehydration. Gave a known thief a key to her room who stole tons of mom's stuff. I finally had to move her to SNF for better care. Due to unfortunate circumstances, and the fact I'm in my 70's, I couldn't get her room cleared right away. The day before her rent was due, they made me go through everything she owed in one day! I had no help so had to leave some big, expensive items. Now they will not give them to me. The manager not only does not care, she is keeping things that don't belong to her.
I love the staff at Best Care!!! My Dad came here for respite care, while we were on vacation. When we came back, he could not wait until we could see his new apartment. He tells us that everyone is really nice, and he looks forward to going down for meals. He has made a friend that is also a Veteran. It is such a relief to know that he is being taken care of, but we still can pick him to go to dinner, and a movie, or just hang out with him. ❤️
I met Lesley the Activities Director at Best Care when she reached out to the community asking for books to expand the facilities library. Since then I have tried to help out whenever possible. The most recent idea Lesley had for the residents was Trunk or Treat...The residents seemed to really enjoy it. She truly only wants the best for her residents.

Visiting Best Care to facilitate a dementia, empathy training, experience. It’s nice to pop in and find the residents enjoying lunch and participating in activities. The care team is friendly and hospitable. Best Care has a cozy, home-like atmosphere and the seniors who call this assisted living community home seem very happy.
